Parental Code of Conduct
At Lancaster Lane Primary and Pre-School, we are proud of our relationship with parents. Our open door policy and ‘high visibility’ with parents helps keep the channels of communication open.
In line with the school’s Three Golden Rules (we are caring, we are proud, we are safe), parents should understand that their own behaviour and the manner in which they conduct themselves with staff, children and other parents sets an example.
Our Parental Code of Conduct sets out the expectations of the school in regards to parent behaviour – ensuring a warm, welcoming and safe environment for everyone.
The Code of Conduct should help parents to understand and acknowledge the manner in which they are expected to act whilst on the school premises and what action may be taken if they behave inappropriately.
